Introducing: Salesforce Email Productivity Updates

SUBTITLE GOES HERE

TLDR:

Salesforce has freshly updated its email and Marketing Cloud offerings. The updates will allow marketers to raise their engagement numbers. The features of the update are all aimed at saving marketers time. These new capabilities also make building email campaigns easier with buyer Journey Templates. The templates can be distributed throughout an organization quickly so as to promote the agility of campaign creation. Salesforce has also added a way of testing and confirming campaigns to spot inconsistencies and help if marketers are having trouble with a specific effort.

Salesforce has new capabilities in store for marketers when it comes to email and their Marketing Cloud in the form of updates.

The updates show up in the form of Salesforce’s Einstein functionality and are geared toward saving marketers time. More specifically, included in these updates are:

  • Einstein Content Selection: This is basically a smart tool that recommends images as marketers write emails.
  • Einstein Copy Insights: A feature that assists in content generation efforts, particularly with “relevant subject lines, text messages and social media copy.”
  • Einstein Messaging Insights: Also a feature of the update that tells marketers which email journeys are doing too little and which are doing too much. The feature also recommends actions to help marketers deal with the issue it pointed out.

The updates to Salesforce’s email offering are designed to promote productivity. To that end, new features such as Journey Templates help marketers build and launch email campaigns.

“Salesforce has also added new testing and validating functionality to help automatically troubleshoot email marketing journeys and identify errors or irrelevant offers.”

In an interview with Demand Gen Report, the leading person for marketing on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud said that these updates are really about improving marketers’ customer experience.

The Head of Marketing also added that AI makes the workplace simpler because tedious and boring tasks are automated. Taken together, this increases efficiency and businesses would be hard-pressed to find an argument against the implementation of AI in an employment setting.
