TLDR:

Madison Logic has earned the distinction of a 2021 Great Place to Work Certification™. Great Place to Work® is the be-all, end-all on workplace culture, leadership, and employee experience. Madison Logic was credited with the certification because of their shared thirst for greatness among their employees, adding to a string of awards the company has recently won.

Madison Logic is a global ABM platform that was recently awarded 2021 Great Place to Work Certification™ by Great Place to Work®—the leader in declaring excellence in employee experience, leadership, and culture.

It was no easy task. According to Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work®:

Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience… It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Madison Logic is one of the best companies to work for in the country.

The reason Madison Logic won in this area is because of how driven their employees are to generating success. Madison Logic rewards dedication with a variety of incentives and offerings; at least, that’s what the Chief People Officer at Madison Logic, Teresa Martins, said.

This certification adds to a strong list of accolades for the company:

[It] follows recent positive recognition of Madison Logic’s culture as a 2021 New York City Top Workplace by Energage AM Metro New York. Further recognition for their ‘client-first’ approach and advancements in data are featured in the G2 Summer 2021 report, which rated Madison Logic as a leader for Marketing Account Intelligence, High Performer in Enterprise, Highest User Adoption, and Best Support. The company has been continually recognized for its fast growth, garnering past award wins from Deloitte as a Technology 500, Crain’s Fast 50 and Forbes America’s Most Promising Companies.

The CEO of Madison Logic, Tom O’Regan, also chimed in, saying that because many companies rely on them, Madison Logic needs to be constantly innovating their “client platform as well as within [their] internal tools.”

Basically, such innovation allows Madison Logic to focus on the platform without neglecting their team.
