According to the CEO of Sitecore, the team is thrilled to give their all to shaping the digital experience market.
The digital experience provider, Sitecore, has bought out Boxever Ltd, an AI-powered digital optimization platform, and B2B & B2C eCommerce engine, Four51, Inc. And while both deals are expected to be complete before the close of March 2021, the idea is that these acquisitions will generate customer loyalty through personalization.
According to the CEO of Sitecore, Steve Tzikakis, said:
“Our mission is to disrupt the digital experience market and these acquisitions will extend our leadership position… Sitecore’s innovative digital experience platform spanning content to commerce provides companies with the flexibility and agility necessary to keep pace with changing demands ensuring they seize the digital opportunity to strengthen consumer connections. We’re thrilled to welcome the Boxever and Four51 teams to Sitecore and together, we’ll shape the future of digital engagement.”
Both companies—Boxever Ltd and Four51, Inc.—impressed Sitecore with their technologies, as well as the people behind them, generating a stellar record of success.
For instance, Boxever has a customer data platform that has gone beyond doubling their clients’ net promoter scores. Four51, Inc. on the other hand, provides a flexible eCommerce engine for companies such as Aveda and Winmark.
According to a statement by Sitecore:
“Sitecore’s world-class content capabilities enable marketers to develop content to fuel individualized personalized experiences effectively, while our commerce capabilities empower them to provide superior shopping experiences and maximize conversion.”
Sitecore stresses their “accelerated product roadmap” isn’t going anywhere and that as the business becomes more Software as a Service-based (SaaS), no one will get left behind. This means Sitecore will work with marketers to get the most from current technology and SaaS.
