Terminus Integrates With Outreach to Promote Sales in ABM

Terminus has integrated with Outreach. The benefits of this arrangement include tighter collaboration between marketing teams using the same account data as outbound and sales teams. This is all in an effort to prioritize sales in Account-Based Marketing (ABM). “Now Outreach prospects and sequences are tied directly to Terminus’ chat, email signature advertising, and website personalization features that turn every email sent into powerful engagement opportunities aligned to Terminus segments.”

Terminus is No. 1 and the leader of the ABM movement. Outreach is “the largest and fastest-growing sales engagement platform and a leader in the Forrester Wave: Sales Engagement Q3 2020.”

Recently, the pair announced that they would be integrating with each other. The whole point to this move is to help foster a greater sense of collaboration between marketing teams. 

In particular, the collaboration is based on data that revenue teams will have access to. 

“Now Outreach prospects and sequences are tied directly to Terminus’ chat, email signature advertising, and website personalization features that turn every email sent into powerful engagement opportunities aligned to Terminus segments.”

The Co-Founder and CEO of Outreach, Manny Medina, said that data is essential to an ABM strategy. The integration takes some things that are good about Terminus and Outreach and combines them into a single solution. 

Medina concluded by saying that:

“These connected workflows help sales and marketing accelerate the cycle from engagement to revenue and meet growth expectations as they navigate evolving sector dynamics.”

When it gets down to it, the Outreach/Terminus integration provides the following:

°  Outreach Email Sequences and Convenient Chat Options: Terminus has granted Outreach access to their Chat From Anywhere option. This means Outreach has embedded this option into their email sequences to generate sales faster.

°  Smart Chat Directory: Chats initiated by website visitors will automatically be connected to the person in charge of that account in Outreach. This also means these visitors “can be enrolled into the correct sequence to keep contacts engaged.”

°  Outreach Email With Terminus Signatures: All of the advantages of Terminus email advertising will be brought to Outreach email. This will allow marketers to create fluid ad campaigns tailored to the email recipient that reaches sellers. 

Tim Kopp, the CEO of Terminus, has said that this integration is consistent with their mission. And as a result, Outreach customers can enjoy the same platform, now augmented with Terminus, to access the right accounts at the right time.
