Sendoso, a gifting platform, has recently integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365, a CRM and ERP consolidation provider. Together, these two businesses will offer a single data source that leverages several others.

In other words, the point of this move is to bolster buyer visibility by offering the advantages of multiple datasets merged together to form a single data source that has it all:

The integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 seeks to help Sendoso grow its contact information database to create a unified source of customer data from varying datasets that enhances buyer visibility. Sendoso users can leverage the diversified data to identify buyer interests more accurately, automate the sending process and measure their programs’ results.

According to the Chief Partnerships Officer and Co-Founder of Sendoso, Braydan Young—he said that this is a crucial development—if Sendoso can get into their prospects’ tech stacks, they’ll be able to reach who they need to.

If Sendoso can make it easier to buy from them by being integrated with a solution that offers data, “Sendoso users can enhance their gifting programs to deliver more relevant, personalized gifts to specific buyers.”
