Demandbase Teams Up With Microsoft to Bolster Upcoming B2B CDP

TLDR:

Demandbase, along with their companies, InsideView and DemandMatrix, is joining together with Microsoft in a collaboration. The goal is to reinforce the partner ecosystem in Microsoft’s upcoming CDP (Customer Data Platform) for B2B marketing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. This isn’t new for B2C customers, but it is for B2B ones, enabling them to get their messaging in order. 

Demandbase is an ABM platform that helps go-to-market teams generate revenue. They run other companies in pursuit of this goal, including B2B marketing sales intelligence software, InsideView, as well as B2B intent and technographic data provider, DemandMatrix. 

In recent days, all three of these companies agreed to be a part of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, but in a B2B function.

As the Vice President of Global Alliances at InsideView, Heidi Bamburg commented that CDPs are the future of reaching B2B buyers the way they prefer. Through this highly anticipated arrangement, B2B organizations will be able to have the whole picture when it comes to customers.

More specifically: 

“With this new functionality, Demandbase customers can easily flow customer engagement and intent data from Demandbase, firmographic and contact data from InsideView and technographic data from DemandMatrix into their cohesive customer profiles within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. They can also push their data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights into Demandbase One to engage with their customers across the buyer journey through targeted advertising, social platforms, direct and email promotions. This empowers them to reach out to the right buyers with the right message at exactly the right time, and work in unison from start to end.”

According to the CEO of Demandbase, Gabe Rogol, this move takes everything great about Microsoft’s CDP and combines it with Demandbase, as well as its affiliated companies, to make waves in the industry. 

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights isn’t new for B2C customers, but it is for B2B ones, enabling them to get their messaging in order.
